Abstract

The Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTP) in Sulawesi Selatan for January 2025 was recorded at 123.38, an increase of 1.95 percent compared to December 2024, which stood at 121.01.
The NTP for the Food Crops Subsector (NTPP) was recorded at 106.30; the Horticulture Subsector (NTPH) at 131.62; the Smallholder Plantation Crops Subsector (NTPR) at 184.55; the Livestock Subsector (NTPT) at 111.35; and the Fisheries Subsector (NTNP) at 109.74.
In January 2025, all five agricultural subsectors experienced an increase in NTP compared to the previous month. The Food Crops Subsector rose by 1.22 percent, the Horticulture Subsector by 4.50 percent, the Smallholder Plantation Crops Subsector by 3.54 percent, the Livestock Subsector by 0.91 percent, and the Fisheries Subsector by 0.43 percent.
Meanwhile, the Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in January 2025 was recorded at 126.19, an increase of 1.52 percent compared to the previous month.
