Abstract

The Combined Farmer's Terms of Trade (NTP) for South Sulawesi Province in April 2025 was 121.64, a decrease of 1.96 percent compared to March 2025, which was 124.07.
The NTP by agricultural subsector was as follows: Food Crops (NTPP) at 108.73; Horticulture (NTPH) at 128.16; Smallholder Plantation Crops (NTPR) at 169.52; Livestock (NTPT) at 108.33; and Fisheries (NTNP) at 112.01.
In April 2025, all five agricultural subsectors experienced a decline in the Farmer’s Terms of Trade (NTP) compared to the previous month. The Food Crops subsector decreased by 1.55 percent, Horticulture by 3.48 percent, Smallholder Plantation Crops by 2.87 percent, Livestock by 2.26 percent, and Fisheries by 0.04 percent.
The Farmer’s Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in April 2025 was 125.99, a decrease of 1.24 percent compared to the previous month.
