South Sulawesi Province People's Welfare Statistics 2019

Data and information are needed in order to support the process of planning, implementation and evaluation of development results in order to run well. Data on socioeconomic conditions are needed to provide an overview of development achievements and can also be used by policy makers to evaluate development programs. Data related to the needs of community life such as clothing, food, shelter, education, health, security, and employment opportunities are needed to find out how far the achievement of development outcomes reaches all levels of society.
The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is designed to produce socio-economic data of the population in the education, health, housing, crime, socio-cultural, tourism sector, and public perceptions of household welfare. Starting in 2015, Susenas data collection is carried out twice a year, namely in March and September.
