Statistics on Cattle Slaughtering in South Sulawesi 2018

The 2018 South Sulawesi Livestock Slaughter Statistics publication is an annual publication containing the results of data collection of Slaughterhouses (RPH) and Slaughterhouses (TPH) both public and private. This publication includes data related to slaughtering activities and slaughter animal production. This publication was made possible through the collaboration and support of various parties, both from the RPH and TPH officers, as well as the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health and their staff, as well as assistance from other parties ranging from data collection activities to processing and presenting. To that end, to all parties who have contributed, appreciation and gratitude are conveyed.
