Inflation of Makassar Municipality 2013

Inflation is calculated based on the development of Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is calculated based on the results of monitoring the prices of consumer needs on a regular basis. Price data collected is divided into several periods, there are weekly, biweekly and monthly. The CPI measures the magnitude of price changes at the consumer level occurring in a group of goods and services representing average community consumption in urban areas, aimed at obtaining a broader package of commodity goods and services.
