Abstract

The Combined Farmer's Terms of Trade (NTP) for South Sulawesi Province in March 2025 was 124.07, a decrease of 0.37 percent compared to February 2025, which was 124.53.
The NTP by agricultural subsector was as follows: Food Crops (NTPP) at 110.44; Horticulture (NTPH) at 132.78; Smallholder Plantation Crops (NTPR) at 174.53; Livestock (NTPT) at 110.84; and Fisheries (NTNP) at 112.06.
In March 2025, four out of the five agricultural subsectors experienced an increase in NTP compared to the previous month: Food Crops increased by 1.94 percent, Horticulture by 4.78 percent, Livestock by 0.03 percent, and Fisheries by 0.13 percent. Meanwhile, the Smallholder Plantation Crops subsector decreased by 5.63 percent.
The Farmer’s Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in March 2025 was 127.58, an increase of 0.35 percent compared to the previous month.
